  • Are your prices in US dollars?

Yes. If you prefer a different currency, Paypal will allow you to use the equivalent value in your currency when you check out.

  • Do you make custom products, or offer custom options on your pedals?

No, all pedals are sold as advertised.

  • Do you have a distributor?

No, all pedals are sold direct from this website.

  • Is there tracking available for shipped orders?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number when the order has shipped.

  • What is the lead time for your pedals?

All pedals available for purchase are ready to ship. Shipment typically happens within three business days.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs will automatically update when entering your shipping info.

  • Will I be charged a customs fee?

Countries outside of the USA and Canada may charge customs fees upon delivery. It is up to you to look up your country's customs procedures.

  • Do you still make a certain pedal?

Only pedals on the main page can be purchased. Past projects can be found on the Archive page. Pedals on the Archive page are not available for purchase.

  • When will a pedal be back in stock?

We will keep the product page updated with the latest release information. If there is no date posted, check the page again later.

  • Do you take pre-orders or reservations?

No, we only sell what inventory we have in stock on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Do you offer artist discounts?

We currently do not offer artist discounts.
